I'm 22. I'm 6 ' tall and weighed 340 pounds. I'm outside the shape (obviously), but I have a decent amount of muscles of my lifting days. IM trying to tackle the earliest 220 (approx 11-12 months). What is the best diet to burn fat and maintain muscle? Run 20 minutes a day and a lift. My BMR is 2824.
Any ideas?
